Northside Toyota Plans Redevelopment

Northside Toyota is proposing a three phased redevelopment of its properties located at the Southwest corner of Broadway and Hollywood (Phase 1), the Southeast corner of Broadway and Hollywood (Phase 2), and at 5625 N Broadway (Phase 3).

As part of the first phase, to redevelop the building on the southwest corner of Broadway & Hollywood to a four story building with rooftop parking, Northside Toyota is seeking approval to rezone the property at 5650 N Broadway.
