Man on tracks shuts down Red Line

An unauthorized person was on the CTA’s southbound Red Line tracks on Sunday night, forcing the transit agency to shut down the line for a period of time. It is unsure of how the person got there, and although not being hit by a train or making contact with the third rail the person was taken to a local hospital.
