Residents around the 2900 block of Foster near the Swedish Covenant Hospital are on alert as the Chicago police have issued a warning. A 15 year old girl was walking down Foster when two men in their mid twenties or thirties attempted to kidnap the girl. She ran for safety at the Galter Life Center where the visibly shaken teenager found shelter before police took action. The men tried to lure her into a smaller late model white sedan. If anyone has any information please call Chicago Police immediately. They also ask area residents to keep an eye out for suspicious activity.
