I believe my wife and I saw the car exiting onto Bryn Mawr heading east, it almost ran into oncoming traffic. We had a baby and dog in tow. I can’t even imagine the type of a person that would shoot bullets indiscriminately and run over dogs purposefully. I hope the person or persons get caught. Even if they don’t get caught for this, they will eventually get caught for something else. The life of violent idiots tends to end badly — you just hope to minimize the number of people they take down with them.
