    Isn’t the market getting a bit saturated with these clinics? Between these & the Walgreen’s in-store clinics it seems like a bit much.

      you could be right, but the market will decide that in the end. but on the plus side, the building should be easy to convert into retail once it is vacated in the future … this is an improvement of sorts for that space.
