Just want to offer a few points of clarification. Winthrop avenue is not closed to traffic (although periodically it may be blocked or partially passable due to trucks moving in and out of the area). Kenmore is closed from Rosemont to Sheridan. The Wincrest and Hostel are across the street from Creighton Hall.
