Jesus: Not Just For Humans Anymore
In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals, The Episcopal Church of the Atonement will hold its annual pet blessing on Sunday, October 2. The church is located at 5749 N. Kenmore at the corner of Kenmore & Ardmore. Parishioners and neighbors are encouraged to bring their well behaved pets to the 11 am Mass and the blessing on the north lawn immediately following. For those not attending the mass but who wish to participate in the pet blessing portion, you may expect an approximate 12:45 start time.
