Last Fall, the new system experienced a glitch and that affected the billing system. For about six weeks, the center could not get out its invoicing and that halted all cash flow to continue operations.”

This is the lamest excuse I have ever heard, hands down. Absolutely ridiculous – and shameful that they are leaving ten thousand people twisting in the wind. The state should be doing an audit on the firm AND the CEO, like, yesterday. Something stinks here.
