A new website has launched to help condo owners and their condo associations navigate condo living.  Condobytes.info went live earlier this week, in hopes of bringing together Association owners and residents to share info on lifestyles, legislation and problems.

Condobytes Publisher Sheli Lulkin hopes to share her many years of high-rise condo living , association leadership and work experience with others in Illinois and beyond through the website.  “I really like Association living and I want everyone else to have a good experience.  I’m excited to launch condobytes because we need to learn how to govern our communities better” stated Lulkin.

In addition to Lulkin, Condobytes contributors also include real estate/condo attorneys and other subject matter experts.  Readers are also encouraged to participate by sumbitting questions or content, making the website interactive. Check out Condobytes.info today!  Also, like them on Facebook.

What a great idea! This is a concept that should have been started years ago. Condo living is a far different bird than single family home living and any help we can get in navigating condo/association living is a plus for us all. Thanks Sheli for starting this. If anyone has the knowledge to pull this off, you are that person.
